Green SKHy

On 20th and 21st October, the 17 project partners of Green SKHy gathered in person at the University of Luxembourg for the project’s 10th Steering Committee meeting — marking the halfway point of the initiative!

🧪 Day 1 – Research Visits & Project Exchange

The meeting kicked off with inspiring visits to the LuxHyVal Laboratory and the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) in Esch-sur-Alzette. A big thank you to both teams for their warm welcome and for sharing valuable insights into their cutting-edge hydrogen research and innovation projects.

In the afternoon, partners came together to review the current status of the Green SKHy project and exchange perspectives on next steps in advancing hydrogen skills and education across Europe.

🏭 Day 2 – Industrial Visit & Workshops

The second day featured an impressive site visit to CERATIZIT, where participants learned how, together with LuxHyVal, the company is working to integrate green hydrogen into industrial processes — tackling challenges such as supply, safety, and environmental impact.

We extend our gratitude to the CERATIZIT team for their hospitality and insightful presentations! The day concluded with small-group workshops and stimulating discussions, fostering collaboration and forward-looking ideas among all partners.

🙌 A Collaborative Effort

A heartfelt thank you to the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de l’Enfance et de la Jeunesse and the University of Luxembourg for organizing this successful semi-annual face-to-face meeting, and to all partners for their active participation and contributions.

Special appreciation goes to our wonderful Luxembourg hosts — Véronique Schaber, Fanny Dedenbach, José Garcia Gollonet, Stefan Maas, Natascha Kuhlmann and Branca Delmonte — for putting together such a varied and inspiring programme.

It was fantastic to finally reconnect in person with our partners:
