Green SKHy

More than 40 participants gathered in Metz for the Hydrogen Training School, hosted by AFPA and organised by the University of Luxembourg in collaboration with the LuxHyVal, HyWay, Green SKHy and ValHyCon project consortia.

The programme explored the role of hydrogen in the energy transition, with a particular focus on education and skills development. During the workshop, participants learned more about Green SKHy and AFPA’s hydrogen-related initiatives, including its skills incubators. Discussions focused on the future of vocational training in the hydrogen sector and the importance of equipping operators and technicians with the skills needed to work with emerging hydrogen technologies.

The day concluded with a visit to AFPA’s technical training facilities, including its mobile hydrogen training container and hydrogen equipment, offering participants practical insights into hands-on hydrogen training.

A big thank you to the University of Luxembourg, AFPA and all project partners for an inspiring day dedicated to hydrogen, skills development and the future of vocational education!
