Kickstart Your Hydrogen Career at the ACE Mobility Career Day 2024!

The ACE Mobility Automotive & Engineering Career Day will take place this year on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the HAN University of Applied Sciences, Ruitenberglaan 29 in Arnhem. As in previous years, participation in the Career Day is mandatory for all automotive and HAN engineering students.

The objectives of the ACE Mobility Automotive & Engineering Career Day are:

  1. To provide students from all years of automotive and engineering programs with the opportunity to explore the Automotive sector and its specific career opportunities.
  2. To give companies and organizations the chance to present themselves to students and showcase concrete internship, graduation opportunities, and jobs.
  3. To offer students and companies the opportunity to network with each other, teachers, lecturers, and colleagues from the industry.

By attending, Green Skhy Partners will have the opportunity to walk through the company market and engage with students, companies, lecturers, and other industry professionals. Moreover, the event provides a unique platform to broaden your network, with a specific focus on hydrogen and other key themes shaping the future of mobility and energy.

We believe your participation would be of great value, allowing Green Skhy Partners to connect with both the next generation of talent and other influential players in the automotive and engineering sectors.

Program components

Career Guide

  • Through the digital career guide, students have been given the opportunity to indicate a number of preferences for which companies they would like to meet with in more detail on October 16th.

Company Market (for automotive and engineering students from all years)

  • Throughout the day, information stands from automotive (ground floor) and engineering (first floor) companies will be available in and around the building of the HAN Academy Engineering and Automotive.

Hydrogen Track

  • A special track has been developed for students who want to explore the world of hydrogen. This track offers them the opportunity to connect with companies active in the hydrogen sector. In the career guide, companies that are involved in hydrogen are specifically highlighted, allowing students to easily find relevant career opportunities. Additionally, a themed session is organized that delves deeper into the role of hydrogen in the energy transition. The aim of this track is to inspire students to explore opportunities within the hydrogen industry and to provide those who are already interested with essential information about the required skills and career prospects.

Demo Square (for automotive and engineering students from all years)

  • Each year, the inner courtyard of the HAN transforms into a fantastic stage where unique vehicles and objects from the industry are featured. The ACE Mobility Automotive and Engineering Career Day distinguishes itself by applying this practical and inspiring approach so that students can directly connect with the future of mobility. We warmly invite you to be part of this unique experience by demonstrating your latest models and technologies on the inner square.

Optional: Theme Sessions (for automotive students from years 2, 3, and 4)

  • In the morning and afternoon, theme sessions will take place in the form of a roundtable discussion with other companies, guided by a moderator. Each session will focus on a specific topic, such as Hydrogen, Vehicle Dynamics, Business Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, and more. The main intent of these interactive sessions is knowledge sharing and orientation on the specific topic, thereby highlighting the interfaces of the company. Each company will have the opportunity to briefly introduce itself before the roundtable discussion starts on the opportunities and possibilities that companies offer for students, aligned with the session theme. This provides an excellent opportunity to connect with interested students from years 2, 3, and 4 and to promote your company among this target group.

Based on the topic and your company's connection to it, we will assign you to one of these theme sessions. We will organize an online briefing in due course to share all the information about the approach of these theme sessions.
